A new beamforming method for CDMA downlink systems

A new beamforming method for CDMA downlink systems is proposed. Firstly, the steering vector of mainpath of desireduseris estimated by usingcode filtering method, then dummy signals are introduced, main lobe of wave is built by using the steeringvector of mainpath of desired user and side lobes is constrained by using dummy signals. The simulation results indicate that themethod is very effective.
