On the Two Important Issues of Digital Logic Circuit Design

The two important issues of digital logic circuit design are the simplifying of the digital logic cir- cuits and the improving performance of digital logic circuits.But these two issues are sometimes contradictory: circuit simplifying may lead to a decline in circuit performance;circuit performance may be improved at the ex- pense of the circuit to simplify the cost.So it is important to coordinate these two issues:the simplifying of digital logic circuits and the increasing the number of logic of the performance.
