Positioning of Moving Table for Checking Screw Holes of Nuclear Reactor Pressure Vessel

To inspect the defects on the screw hole surfaces of nuclear reactor pressure vessel in nuclear power station, an automatic moving table was designed to carry sophisticated inspecting devices. Its precise positioning was successfully realized by determining the positions of the screw holes in the flange of the pressure vessel with two optical sensors. Its positioning precision is 0.15 mm, in accordance with the design requirement, and the moving table has been put into operation with precise and stable performances.
