Traffic State Recognition and Dynamic EvaluationBased on VelocityStudy

The paper is mainly through the study of the traffic state recognition and the corresponding control strategy,to adapt to changing the traffic environment,and real-time evaluation of the effect of the adjustment programs.First,using the video detection technology,taking the travel speed as the starting point,the paper sets a uniform speed threshold according to the same level of the road to recognize the current traffic state and establishes a 3-level early warning mechanism to provide a decision-making basis for managers.And then the paper builds a dynamic comprehensive evaluation model based on the degree of traffic flow coordination to evaluate the operation effects of the road network.There are two different levels in accordance with the time length,to carry out dynamic evaluation and analysis about the traffic state changes and trends of the road network.Finally,the evolution of the relations between traffic states and the trends are verified by the actual data.
