Statistical analysis of non-failure data of software test

According to random test the estimation of software reliability is of particular importance in software reliability engineering. The author proposes a method for software reliability estimation in this paper. The optimal cofidence lower limit of software leliability is given. Finally an example is taken to illustrate that the method is feasible.
