The lifting scheme is a flexible method for constructing second generation wavelets, and it can be used to construct first generation wavelets. Based on the existing construction method, this paper offers a new construction method for compactly supported biorthonogonal multiwavelets of scaling=a. Starting from the most basic concept, we give the deduction course about the lifting scheme for compactly supported biorthogonal multiwavelets of scaling=a, the form of factorization, and the proof .Finally we obtain an effective algorithm.
