Complete credit system is the final stage of academic credit system evolvement,and it's an ideal model.The system can improve the ability of self-study and explore high education resource.It's an important method for fulfilling complete credit system.This article,starting from management system,implementation platform,operation mechanism,service system,and quality control,discusses the strategies to build a complete credit system based on credit bank.
