AbstrcatThe concept mobility is more easily understood in the following problems:1) there are different characteristics in conductors,semiconductors,plasmas,gases,and liquids;2) the conductivity of semiconductors increases with the raise of temperature;3) the conductivity of semiconductors is controled dominantly by doping.
