Talking about the Evidence-based Practice of University Library

This paper introduces the definition of evidence-based librarianship,and borrowing ideas from relative infomation of foreign countries,lists its application in university library’s marketing,advising consultations to readers,and making managerial decision,and puts forward three paths for speeding up the development of EBL(evidence-based librarianship),which include cultivating the talents of interdisciplinary of library science and information science, improving the permeability and participatory of university library work,and establishing the journal club.
