Research and Implementation of Fractal Image Compression Based on Quadtree
Haibo Jiang · Modern Computer · 2010
Fractals compression technology in image processing has great application prospect.Carries out that based on fixed blocks and quadtree fractal image compression, compared with fixed block, quadtree fractal image compression has higher flexibility and higher compression,PSNR and SNR are much more about 3.7% and 8.8% than the result of the fixed blocking, but the MES is only its 71%.
