Ar Algorithm of Plaintext Embedding in Elliptic Curve

Elliptic Curve Cryptosystem(ECC) has aroused extensively attention,because it is most safe per-bit,most quick to deal with information and most low expenditure in the known public-key cryptosystems.A very important problem of ECC is how to embed a plaintext into elliptic.On the basis of the known algorithms,a new,fast and efficient algorithm is desingned and it is faster than others else,so completely solves the problem that embeds a plaintext in an elliptic curve.It is a beneficial work for applying ECC to encode information.
