The Stream-Media Audio-Record & Broadcast-System based on MPEG Layer -II

In order to meet the urgent demand for the multi-function digital audio handle system in the societal producing and living, The Stream-Media Audio-RecordBroadcast-System this paper put forward resolved the actual problem, such as multiplexing real-time records, real-time monitor, searching broadcast, real-time compress, multiplexing audio-bitstream mixed and so on, making use of many kinds of Stream-Media technology to collect, compress, save, deliver and correspond by network in MPEG Layer- Ⅱ code. By experiments, that system is complete to satisfy the enterprise unit to handles audio, when the audio-servers and the terminals of recording broadcasting are all PⅢ800M-PCs, connected by LAN whose band width is 10 M.
