Approach to human resource scheduling based on earned value in scrum software process

To overcome inherent unreliability of traditional human resource scheduling,which heavily depends on subjective discretion and personal experiences,earned value is leveraged to measure the benefit of human resources.With timely real project data produced by scrum software process,earned value based approach to human resource scheduling can help to manage human resource in an objective,stable and quantifiable manner,assist in daily decision-making of project management,facilitate optimization of human resource schedu-ling and elevate return on investment of human resources.A corresponding human resource scheduling system is designed and developed.
