The Research of Detecting the Random Phase Signals from the Colored Noise

A new method to detect the random phase signals from the colored noise is presented in this paper.By transferring the power spectral of the observation including colored noise into the one in white noise,signal which has the same frequency with the primary signal is constructed.The random phase signals are detected by using the method which used in white noise.
