An algorithm of image encryption based on chaos

In this paper,a new stream cipher is proposed what is based on disordering the old order and structure of the chaotic sequence. This method not only can hide the dynamical characters of chaos but also can solve the short cycle effect. Simulation results show that the key stream which is generated by this method has the better randomness.
