The Estimations for Second Dirichlet Eigenvalues of Higher Order Elliptic Operators with Weighted Function

Let Ω be a bounded domain in R m(m ≥2) with sufficiently smooth boundary.Under the Dirichlet boundary condition,the eigenvalue problem of a class of higher order elliptic operators with the weighted function was discussed.This paper was to give an upper bound for the second eigenvalue.Our bound was independent of the measure of the domain.
