The Comparative Study of Electron Files and Paper Files

Comparing electron files with paper files,the author thinks that the two kinds of files can't be replaced by each other and will coexist for a rather long period,because they both have their own advantages and disadvantages,and are mutually complementary.Therefore Two-Set Management,as an organic combination,can not only maximize favorable factors and minimize unfavorable ones,but serve people in storing and spreading information to the maximum limit.
