On Assisted Reproductive Technology from the View of Criminal Law

With the development and application of assisted reproductive technology,the abuse of assisted reproductive technologies of behavior is increasingly harmful to the society,and has caused a series of social,ethical,moral and legal problems.However,the current criminal sanctions system is unable to regulate the abuse of assisted reproductive technology behavior.Traditional criminal law is to use reasonable explanation of the abuse of assisted reproductive technology behavior to regulate,and to consider this behavior to be conviction of crime.
