Acute Pulmonary Embolism Comprehensive Nursing Intervention Study Method

Objective Discusses the nursing methods of acute pulmonary embolism.Methods 40 cases acute pulmonary embolism patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,every 20 cases,the observation group implement comprehensive nursing intervention,including environmental care,primary care,psychological care,diet nursing,thrombolysis and anticoagulant therapeutic care,health education,et al,and the control group did conventional care only,compared with two sets of patients in hospital nursing time and satisfaction.Results The observation group of the length of time the patients in the control group significantly short,The satisfaction in the observation group was 100%,and the other was 72%,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the two groups of comparisons with significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion After implementing a comprehensive nursing intervention,shorten the length of time the patients,the patients can promote the healing of the function,improve the patient′s care satisfaction,popularization.
