The IP core design of frequency meter for equal precision based on FPGA

This paper mainly introduces the principle and error analysis of equal precision for frequency. At the same time, on base of this principle, adopts SoPC to design IP Core based on FPGA and uses VHDL to realize the soft core of frequency meter for equal precision on the development of quatusⅡ5.0.The design is tested and verified by relevant development tools.
