According to characteristics of the credit system’s common teaching flow and purpose of this system,the structure model of MIS(Management Information System) based on B/S mode is presented.The B/S mode system consists of expression layer,service layer,operation function layer and data layer.The corresponding key technologies include.NET four-layer design structure and safety mechanism.
