Let I,Λ be two arbitrary nonempty sets.Where θ = Λ'×I,the non-solvable elements and the irreducible generating sets of the semigroup Pθ(I×Λ) are established;the Green's relations of the semigroup Pθ(I×Λ)are obtained;some specific counts of the semigroup P θ(I×Λ) are discussed.
