Optimized RTP Session Streaming with Minimizing Bandwidth Consumption

The encoded video exhibits significant data rate variability to provide a consistent quality video.This variability is faced with the problem of the available bandwidth utilization in P2P network transmission.Focuses on RTP re-encapsulating algorithm for the VBR encoded video to satisfy the minimizing consumption of network bandwidth and the smoothing transmission of VBR encoded video in P2P streaming environment.The experiment results show that our algorithm is feasible and effective.
