Available public key encryption schemes allows only binary semantic.Message M encrypted by public-key PK can only be decrypted by owner of private-key.This kind of semantic doesn't allow search operation of third-party.In this thesis a public-key searchable encryption scheme is proposed,which enables search operations on encrypted data.Moreover the proof of security is given.
