Describing Image with Pseudo-jacobi (p=4,q=3)-Fourier Moments

This paper introduces pseudojacobi (p=4,q=3)Fourier moments(PJFM′s),which are shift、rotation、scale、intensityinvariant and suitable for multidistortion invariant image representation.The new orthogonal radial polynomials have almost uniformly distributed (n+2) zeros in the region of small radial distance 0≤r≤1.The experimental result of deterministic images indicates that hte quality of reconstructed images with PJFM′s is high and reconstruction error for small image is especially low.
