Weak interaction plays an essential role in the structures and properties of proteins and nucleic acids as well as in the behavior of many biological systems.In the present paper,the research progress is summed up according to the hot research work in recent years.The different type and the various research methods are introduced to reveal the features of weak interactions in biological systems.
