Objective To develop the ancient bookThe Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic database in Han and Tang Dynasties by collecting,organizing,recognizing and inducting its different copies using the knowledge repository TPI platform.Methods Different copies ofThe Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic were transformed into PDF format and input into computers to develop theThe Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic circulating system.Results Forty-seven copies ofThe Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic were described.The database covered 12 different copies ofThe Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic.Conclusion Development of the ancient bookThe Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic database is of certain practical significance for preserving its rare and precious copies.
