Relationship Between Bioinformatics and Data Compression

This article discusses the relationship between bioinformatics and data compresstion. By comparing the gene expression, adjustment, control and wavelet transform as well as fractal, it gives a new idea to seek the data compression mechanism in bio information saving and to realize high speed and high compresstion ratio.
