Based on analyzing common data block allocation strategies of traditional file system, according to the limited resources an poor stability characteristics of embedded file system,a new strategy of data block allocation of embedded file system is put forward Introduce the realization of the allocation strategy in detail. Finally, analyze the allocation strategy of Ext2/Ext3 file systems, and th advantages of new allocation strategy are summarized.
