IPSec is a security protocol that belongs to the IP level in Internet and the special-purpose internal network.The paper introduces the safety mechanism of the virtual private network(VPN),and analyzes in detail the system structure of IPSec protocol,the working modes of IPSec and the realization of IPSec.
