Along with the progress of the society, road congestion , vehicle increase, traffic accident increment has become the bottleneck of economic development.The city road traffic has already been over saturated, a slight traffic accident, if can not get to dispatch immediately, will cause the big area of the whole city traffic paralyze, the social economic loss that result in from here is very huge.This paper mainly describes the intelligence system applied in the traffic. ( the automatic road traffic congestion television monitor track system).
