Discussion on Non-intervened User Experience Monitoring Technology in Business Application System

The traditional network monitoring platform only monitors the operation status of IT resources,operation system and application in business application system,which cannot totally reflect the actual usage situation of users.In order to quickly find and solve problems and improve the user satisfaction in business application system,the monitoring of user experience is needed to evaluate the availability and service performance of the business application system to users of different area.The SAMP UXM is studied and used to construct user analysis platform of company.Non-intervened monitoring technologies: initiative simulation and mirror flow test technologies are used in the OA system of the company,which realize the monitoring of service availability of business application system,operation performance,user experience and so on.
