Study on Cold Hardiness Testing of Jinbian Series Almond by Electrical Conductivity

The conductivity of 3 almond cultivars were determined with mature leaves as sample material,and regression model was established by using Logistic equation,then semilethal temperature(LT50)was measured.The results showed that the relative conductivity of 3 almond cultivars increased with temperature decrease,which followed variation regular of Logistic equation,and the LT50 were-9.736 4 to-7.359 0 ℃.The 3 varieties had the following order according to their cold hardiness: Yingjisha,Jinbian No.1,Jinbian No.2,and there were significant differences between the electric conductivities of them.
