Application of the Virtual Instrument Technology in the Water Conservancy Regimen Measuring and Controlling in the Irrigated Area

This paper expounds the necessity and good prospect of applying the virtual instrument technology in water conservancy regimen in the irrigated area, puts forward a model of the irrigation dynamic data measuring and reporting system based on the virtual instrument technology, describes the basic functions of this system, analyzes on some key technical problems needing solving in carrying out this system in the recent stage, and probes into the channels for solving these problems.
