On the Restrictive Factor of the Modernization of Legal Consciousness of Peasants

The underdevelopment of economy of commodity,imperfection of democratic politics,backward of culture and education,fault of legal system,and negative effect of legal thought and culture of tradition are restrictive factors of the modernization of legal consciousness of peasants.To realize administering a country according to law and building up a state of socialist,we should enhance the legal consciousness of peasant and push on the modernization of the legal consciousness of peasant.
