The 21st century is an information age,the gorgeous network like Pandora's box,brings all sorts of facility and enjoyment and at the same time causes the increasing network crimes.But in the huge net worms,the young people hold the very great proportion,therefore,the young people network crimes become the question which urgently awaits to be solved.Analyzing the origin of the young people network crimes and formulating the effective countermeasures has the extremely vital significance to young people's growth and the social stability.
