Research on China's Digital Reference Service(DRS)

This paper investigates the status of China's DRS that is one of the main ways for the external exchange of China's libraries, studies DRS's development phases and different technical features of each phase, analyzes the characteristics of China's current DRS service and the existing problems,and points out the evolution direction of the future library's reference service.
