Construction of A Class of Linear Codes with Good Parameters

Based on the factorization properties of cyclotomic polynomials over finite field F q ,We construct a class of linear codes which are the generation of Reed Solomon codes and the codes constructed by Chaoing Xing and San ling.More new codes can be obtained by using our construction methods.
