This article describes the development process of the how to display and write of the electronic chart file.First analysis the structure of the electronic chart file format(electronic chart used in this project is compatible with DXF format),and then prepared program flowchart according to the format and structure of the electronic chart.electronic chart reading and writing program can be developed according to this the flow chart.This article Also introduced the conversion method that geodetic coordinates to the device coordinate.
