Digital reference service is that it can provide professional reference services to the people who asked questions at any time and any place. As a new thing,it has provided a convenient service,but there will be the problem of copyright infringement in many link.This paper seeks to explore the problem of copyright violations during the digital reference library services in network environment,and make proposals about the related issues.
