Research of zero block in lossless data compression algorithm for space data system

To the research of lossless data compression standard recommended by the CCSDS(consultative committee for space data system),and by the research of common compression algorithm presently,one lossless data compression algorithm is described,which had the character of little delay,soon rapidity and strong anti-jamming etc,namely rice compression algorithm,compression rate exceeds 50 percent,and it has a better compression effecting to numerous data type.It detailedly the aspect of zero block compression in the al-gorithm,for the data which is processed by the preprocessing is very little,hasing very more zero data to the image,in the case of more zero data,using the zero block compression would have a better effecting,it has passed the software test,which is true of the standard requested by CCSDS.
