An Investigation on the Evaluation of Listed Companies' CSR Information Disclosure

Positive information disclosure can improve financial status,as well as corporate image and value.So,the consequence resulting from CSR information Disclosure is important to the investigation.In order to test whether increasing the information disclosure would improve corporate value or not,based on the visual angle of integral value,this paper adopts Tobin Q to investigate the correlation between corporate value and CSR information disclosure.
