Uigur Part-of-Speech Tagging Based on Rules and Statistics

This paper describes a method of uigur part-of-speech tagging with third-order Hidden Markov Model.And using improved Baum-Welch method to train the model parometers. And making use of ameliorated Viterbi algorithm to find the optimal tagging sequence.
