With the increasing demand of petroleum resin, the requirement to its product quality is getting higher and higher. To obtain petroleum resin with good color phase and high softening point, study of C9 petroleum resin hydrogenation porcess is.conducted in laboratory with suitable catalyst, obtaining water white hydrogenated C9 petroleum resin with softening point 136℃ and color phase 30℃
