The Influence of File Sharing Technique of P2P on the Intellectual Property

The technique of P2P is a great invention of internet times.But since its naissance,it continuously gives rise to disputes about the intellectual property rights.This article discussed the copyright problems induced by Peer-to-Peer(P2P),especially the law practices in domestic and foreign countries on file sharing.It also analyzed the infringement forms induced by the P2P issues.And finally the writer proposed some copyright management countermeasures to the P2P file sharing techniques.
