A Motion-Adaptive De-Interlacing Algorithm

De-interlacing is a key technology for video format conversion.It is the basis of video processing.This paper presents a new optimization algorithm for de-interlacing based on the motion detection.This algorithm can choose the suitable algorithm to process the video.Its effect is good and it needs less hardware,so it is suitable to use in ordinary products.The algorithm has been simulated by software and the test results show that the processed image is of good quality.
