Target Detection of Medical Image Based on Human Visual Attention Model

A computer-aided detection and diagnosis method based on a human visual attention model is proposed in this paper. We use bottom-up control strategy as the pre-attention mechanism,in which the Gaussian Pyramid of the CT medical image is calculated. The features about the intensity,the color and the orientation are abstracted by using the linear filtering,and the region of interest(ROI) is obtained with the help of the calculation of the local vision reversal. The experimental results show that the proposed method is effective and valid.
