In order to scientifically,resonably,and effectively allocate a regional water resources,it will greatly improve the speed of distribution to establish a decision-making support system for optimal distribution of water resources.This paper puts forward a set of solving schemes for optimal allocation of water resources by the decision-making support system based on GIS.These included the gross structure,communication,design method of database,kinds and allocation of decision model,management method,measures and demand of constructing and after constructed.It provides a plat form for the integrated management of water affairs in Liuhe area,and scientific,resonable brainman action for decision-makers to make correct decision in water resources deployment.It advances reliable of information and veracity of forecast.
