Wireless Data Acquisition System Design Based on Bluetooth Technology

A Bluetooth wireless data acquisition system with the master-slave network structure is designed with Bluetooth technology.The Bluetooth modules based on BC219159 Bluetooth chip are taken in the design.The subordinate device takes AT89C2051 as MCU to perform the acquisition and processing of the industrial spot signals,and send the data to Bluetooth chip for radio transmission.The primary device uses W77E58 as MCU to automatically search and connect the subordinate devices wirelessly,and receive the real time data from them,and display on the LCD.The principle of the hardware and software design is stated systematically,and Bluetooth communication protocols are emphatically introduced.The system test indicates that the data transmission is stable while the effective communication distance is up to 12.5 m(no obstacles).
