A Parameter Related to Toughness in Balanced Bipartite Graphs

Given a bipartite graph G,Qian J.B.gave a new parameter t′(G) of a graph G.This article gave on sufficient fondition of 1-factor existence which was related to the above parameter by using the reduction to absurdity.
